1861

Named for when the St. George area was first settled, 1861 is a sophisticated and refined menu that is reserved for exclusive occasions and catering. The menu at 1861 showcases produce and meat from local growers and ranchers, and offers a refined selection of cocktails that are expertly crafted from scratch.

1861 earned the Diner’s Choice award for two consecutive years. Please reserve your special event or catering by calling 435-429-0000.

Lorraine’s Kitchen

Named after Ovation’s founder’s grandmother, Lorraine’s Kitchen reconnects residents with their favorite recipes.

This restaurant features an exhibition kitchen where guests can watch the chefs cook their meal. Residents are also invited to cook like the pros and build new memories around food, dining, and preparation in Lorraine’s Teaching Kitchen.

Miller’s

Named in recognition of our founder Rick Miller, residents can enjoy comfort food in this relaxed atmosphere. This restaurant features an exhibition kitchen where guests can watch the chefs cook their meal. Enjoy bar food and more at Miller’s!
