Cindy Badger is well-versed in senior care. Her parents owned a skilled nursing facility, and so she grew up in the industry. Her first jobs were helping with yard work, assisting with life enrichment, painting rooms, and working as the weekend cook.
Most recently, Cindy worked in Southern California where she was a consultant for several communities in Orange County and executive director in Ventura.
Cindy’s education includes an MPA, with an emphasis in business management. She and her husband are the parents of three children and eight grandchildren. Cindy and her family love to travel, hike, snorkel, kayak, and just hang out together.
Chuck Donnelly holds over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. At Ovation, Chuck aims to cultivate a 5-star experience with immense attention to the unique details that make Ovation a great place to retire.
His rich experience includes serving as a hotel administration, chief operating officer, vice president of lodging, a general manager at several resorts, and more from Pennsylvania to California to the Bahamas. When he was general manager of French Leave Resort in the Bahamas, his resort was rated #12 of all Marriott Autograph Collection Hotels.
Chuck also has personal experience in senior care, as he cared for his 80-year-old aunt and later helped her transition to memory care.
Emily Havens has been working to enhance the life of every person she serves with her Ovation colleagues for nearly three years and enjoyed being part of the team who helped open the campus in spring of 2021.
Emily has a background in marketing, PR, sales, and journalism. She has won several awards from the Associated Press, Utah Press Association, and Nevada Press Association for her journalistic contributions and enjoys speaking on the Utah Tech University campus from time to time.
In every professional endeavor, her passion for people has remained constant.
Emily—a Southern Utah native—gets the most joy out of life when she is spending time with her partner, her daughter, and her dog. She is an avid quilter and kayak enthusiast.
Stephanie Grade is a born and raised Nebraskan. Growing up in Crete, just about an hour outside Omaha, Stephanie looked at life through a different lens. Her passion for exceptional service drew her to the hotel and services industry, allowing her to travel the U.S., open hotels, and serve on the Board of Directors for the Omaha Restaurant Association and Metropolitan Hospitality Association. After 20 years of hospitality experience and award-winning program development, Stephanie has brought her expertise to Ovation Sienna Hills.
Stephanie earned her degree in hotel, restaurant, and institutional management from Iowa State University. She’s also a proud mother, wife, and owner of an English Bulldog named Lola – who gets all the family’s attention. When she’s not earning an ovation for her hard work, she enjoys attending concerts, theatre performances, traveling, supporting the Joslyn Art Museum, and exploring Fontenelle Forest just outside Bellevue.
