1861, named for when the St. George area was first settled, is an elegant, upscale restaurant featuring food from local and regional growers and ranchers, as well as delicious, scratch-made cocktails.

Lorraine’s Kitchen, named after Ovation founder’s grandmother, connects residents with their favorite recipes. Miller’s offers comfort food in a relaxed atmosphere, including bar food and more. Bees Knees Bistro is a great place to enjoy a bite with friends in a lounge setting.
